Not Much
I've noticed people are writing less in their blogs this week. I think everyone's overwhelmed with the holidays and/or burned out after a long year.
There's not much going on with us. We have a few days off from work and hope to get some work done around the house and generally relax. Friday we have dinner with mom. I'll let you know if I'm still sober afterward. Kidding. ;)
Sunday we have dinner with brother and dad. That will be a relaxing and fun event. That half of the family is a good bunch of people.
No plans yet for New Years. Anyone throwing a party?

Yes, I've noticed minimal blogging, too.
As for a party, I expect we'll have our annual New Year's Eve "family film festival". We rent three or four dvd's, lock the doors, and have a marathon of movies and munchies. I know. We're such exiting people. :)
No party...but a trip up to Lake Cachuma to "camp" in RV's overnight. Been rained out the last two years.
Should be fun. Wanna come? You have to bring your own camper, but other than that, it's a great big sharefest. Wine, food, games...

I hope you are having a good few days off. No New Years party here but i will be heading south to the mountains and the Sounds camping. I hope you find a good party there in Florida.

Yes, you're right, not many news in blogland this week. Some of my daily reads just quit blogging recently. In that sense, no new post is still better than a "This blog doesn't exist anymore". ;-)
I have no plans for New Year's Eve yet.
